I currently own an art studio in Central Zürich, where I sell my artworks and my own merchandise.
It's not just a typical manga store, it is also a painting studio with a lot of fun and creative workshops to explore!

My Experiences

  • Self-Taught Artist

    I have been drawing for over 10 years, not just manga but also still life and realism. Of course I prefer to draw people. I use traditional tools, like a pencil and fine liner, and also digital tools, like my drawing tablets.

  • Boring Office Job

    My first big girl job was in HR. After I graduated in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Zurich, I got certified as an HR specialist and worked an office job for 5 years. I wanted to quit during my first week.

  • Teacher

    I wanted to become an English teacher at a high school. The more I approached that path, the more I disliked feeling "trapped" in a school all my life. I love to teach but I cannot only teach for the rest of my life.

Did you go to artschool?

No, I am a self-taught manga artist. I wanted to study animation. At that time, there was not that many options in Switzerland and it was too expensive elsewhere. I decided to pursue art as a hobby.

How did you start drawing?

I was and still am a huge anime fan. One day I tried to draw a character and I have never stopped since. When you like something so much, you will never stop.

I don't have any favourites, I love them all! Each manga / anime is so unique in their own way and they all inspire me differently!
