OVERVIEW
This website is operated by prinNana. 

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between prinNana (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and customers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") regarding the online sale on the website www.prinnana.com and www.prinnana.ch . Conflicting terms and conditions of the Buyer shall not be recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

By visiting the site and/ or purchasing something, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 


SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and more.


SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by me.


SECTION 3 - CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order via the online order form on the website and the Seller confirms this order by email. The Seller reserves the right to reject orders, particularly if the artworks offered are no longer available or the Buyer is not authorized to conclude the contract. 


SECTION 4 - PRICE AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are calculated separately (unless it says Free Shipping) and are clearly displayed during the ordering process. Payment is made by PayPal or other payment methods offered on the website. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or product without notice at any time.


SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES 
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
I reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that I offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of myself. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 


SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place through the website. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery is made within the delivery period specified on the website or in the order confirmation. Shipping is at the Buyer's risk unless otherwise agreed.
The delivered product remains the property of the Seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.



All artworks are protected. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires the prior written consent of the artist.


SECTION 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swiss data protection laws.
